Introducing Dr. Nicole Garlit, PT, DPT, OCS
Hi I’m Nicole, and I’m so happy you’re here!
As an athlete and dancer, I was always fascinated by the human body. I decided to combine my passion for helping others with my love for exercise and pursue a profession in movement science. I received my doctorate in physical therapy from UCSF. I completed a residency through Kaiser Northern California and became a board certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). While I enjoy treating people from all backgrounds and walks of life, my special interests include running and weightlifting injuries, chronic pain, and knee pain.
I understand that each person's journey is unique, which is why I take the time to listen to your story and create a personalized treatment plan just for you. We will work together to improve your performance, confidence, and overall well-being.
During my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors, running, weight lifting, yoga, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
